Common questions
Which files can I turn into a PDF?
Photos and images (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, WebP), Word and other documents (DOCX, DOC, ODT, RTF, TXT), PowerPoint slides (PPTX, PPT, ODP), spreadsheets (XLSX, XLS, ODS, CSV) and other PDFs.
Can I combine different kinds of files?
Yes. Add up to 30 files of any of these types, and they become one PDF in the order you set. Mixing photos, documents and PDFs is fine.
Will my photos lose quality?
No. JPG photos are placed into the PDF exactly as they are, without being compressed again, and PNG and other lossless images stay lossless. Photos are turned the right way up automatically.
Which page size should I pick?
Same as the photo makes each page fit its picture, which looks best on screen. Pick Letter or A4 if you'll print the PDF or need standard pages. Landscape photos then get landscape pages. Documents and slides always keep their own page size.
Will Word documents look the same?
Very close. Common Office fonts like Calibri and Arial are matched with look-alike fonts, so text can move slightly on documents with tight layouts.
Is there a size limit?
Each file can be up to 90 MB, and all of them together up to 95 MB.
