Organize PDF pages

Drag pages into a new order, delete the ones you don't need, or pull out a few as a new PDF. It all happens in your browser, so your PDF is never uploaded.

How to organize PDF pages

  1. Drop your PDF into the box above. Its pages appear as thumbnails, right in your browser.
  2. Drag a page to move it, or use the arrows under it. Click pages to select them, then delete them or keep only those.
  3. Click Save PDF to download the reorganized file, or Extract selected to save just the pages you picked as a new PDF.

Common questions

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. Pages are moved, deleted and extracted inside your browser, so your PDF never leaves your device.

How do I delete pages from a PDF?

Click the pages you want gone to select them, then click Delete selected, or use the bin under any single page. Undo brings back the last change, and Reset puts every page back where it started.

How do I extract pages from a PDF?

Select the pages you want, in any order, and click Extract selected. You get a new PDF with just those pages, in the order they appear on screen. Your original file isn't changed.

How do I select several pages quickly?

Click the first page, then hold Shift and click the last one to select every page in between. Select all and Clear selection are at the top.

Does it change the quality of my pages?

No. Pages are moved exactly as they are, so text, images and layout look the same as before.

Will forms and links still work?

Yes, on the pages you keep. Links that pointed to a page you deleted no longer go anywhere, and fillable fields on deleted pages are removed with them.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

Yes, once it's unlocked. Run it through Unlock PDF first, then organize the unlocked copy here.

Is there a page limit?

PDFs up to 90 MB and 2,000 pages work. Thumbnails draw as you scroll, so even long documents open quickly.
