Common questions
Is merging PDFs really free?
Yes. There's no signup, no daily limit and no watermark on the result. Filekin is paid for by ads, never by locking features.
How many PDFs can I merge at once?
Up to 30 files in one go, as long as they add up to less than 95 MB. For more, merge them in batches, then merge the results.
Will fillable forms and links still work?
Yes. Form fields stay fillable and links inside each document keep working in the merged file.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text, images and layout look the same as in the originals.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Open the file in your PDF reader, remove the password, save it, and then merge it here.
What happens to my files?
They're processed on our server and deleted as soon as your download has been sent. Nobody looks at them.
