Convert Excel to PDF
Turn an Excel, OpenDocument or CSV spreadsheet into a PDF anyone can open.
How to convert Excel to PDF
- Drop your spreadsheet into the box above. Excel (.xlsx and .xls), OpenDocument (.ods) and CSV files all work.
- Choose a page layout: your sheet's own print settings, or one page per sheet so wide tables stay in one piece.
- Click Convert to PDF and download the result.
Common questions
My table gets cut across several pages. How do I fix that?
Choose One page per sheet. Each sheet is then scaled to fit a single page, so wide tables stay together.
Are all sheets included?
Yes. Every sheet in the workbook becomes part of the PDF, in the same order as the tabs.
What happens to formulas?
The PDF shows the results your formulas calculated, just like a printout from Excel.
Will it look exactly like Excel?
Very close. Common Office fonts like Calibri and Arial are matched with look-alike fonts. A rare font may be swapped for a similar one.
Why does it say my spreadsheet is too big?
Usually a formula or formatting was copied all the way to the bottom or the edge of the sheet, which would make a PDF of thousands of pages. Delete the rows or columns beyond your real data, save, and try again.
Is there a size limit?
Files up to 90 MB work, with up to 50,000 rows on a sheet.
